Ed Troianello

President, QSSI

Ed Troianello has led QSSI since acquiring the company in 1995, guiding its growth into a customer-focused organization built around practical warehouse execution. Over more than three decades, he has worked closely with warehouse teams to improve inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and optimize labor utilization, helping shape PowerHouse WMS around the realities of day-to-day operations.

His career spans senior operational and analytical roles at Amerada Hess, where he was involved in systems supporting global oil shipment tracking and refinery financial operations, as well as a leadership position at Edison Properties, where he advanced to Chief Operating Officer within a billion-dollar enterprise early in his career.

A Villanova-trained accountant, Ed brings a disciplined, operations-driven perspective to leadership. His approach continues to guide the evolution of PowerHouse WMS, with a focus on building systems that are practical, adaptable, and grounded in real-world use.

Harry Swart

Chief Operating Officer, QSSI

Harry Swart serves as Chief Operating Officer at QSSI, where he leads operational strategy and execution across the organization. In this role, he is responsible for aligning internal processes with client requirements, ensuring that PowerHouse WMS is implemented effectively and performs reliably in demanding warehouse and production environments.

As COO, Harry focuses on driving consistency, efficiency, and accountability across deployments, supporting both the successful rollout of new systems and the ongoing performance of existing operations. His work helps ensure that QSSI delivers solutions that meet the real-world demands of logistics, manufacturing, and distribution.

Chief Technology Officer, QSSI

With more than 30 years in the IT industry, Chris brings a rare combination of hands-on development experience and enterprise-scale infrastructure leadership to QSSI. His career spans some of the most demanding sectors in American industry — OEM automotive, textbook and periodical publishing, and metals manufacturing — including time managing infrastructure for a Fortune 150 organization.

For the past decade, Chris has served as the technical backbone of QSSI, leading the development and evolution of our cloud and Android platforms. His deep roots in both software development and systems architecture give him a ground-level understanding of the challenges warehouse operations teams face — and the experience to build technology that actually solves them.
